2009 Show Build…

Thursday 3rd September...

Hi All
Another very productive day,
All the lighting had been finished early this morning making a big impact on the vats and then it was on to the air pipe which runs around of the top of the lighting gantry teeing off every two vats to two ball valves which feed four air stones in each vat producing loads of aeration.  The vats where marked with the levels of the water and % of change so no need for any pipe level guides and then started to be filled at 11.00am which took the rest of the day to complete.
All the splash screens have been fitted to prevent contamination from vat to vat and then a bit of pipe work for the waste water, a tidy up and sort out and display the trophy’s and sponsorship items and the show is up and running ready for the arrival of the koi, just the stall holders to set up tomorrow and the show is complete.
Also must add that the Bonsai show is looking very good and has a nice Japanese feel about it, looking forward to this.
Exhibitors and there koi will be arriving tomorrow and benching will start mid afternoon.
Also must add that the sponsorship this year has been excellent.
Regards
Anthony Grey
